Join Emilie for a special evening of feeling nurtured through Yoga and sensory self-care, with music that soothes and awakens the soul. Your 5 senses will tended to in each moment of this evening through scent (diffused oil throughout the studio, and cold towels for savasana), sound (music that soothes and awakens the soul), taste (perhaps a tea meditation), and touch (a gentle vinyasa practice)
