Dealing with Explosive Behaviour Through Emotional Regulation

This 2-day workshop (Nov. 18th and Nov. 25th) is designed to help you support your child through big emotions and explosive behaviors. Come prepared to think critically about your child’s temperament, strengths, emotional and behavioral challenges. You will have opportunities to brainstorm and practice ways to be a source of co-regulation for your child. With effective use of these strategies, parents and caregivers are likely to see improvements in their children’s appropriate behaviors, self-regulation and resilience.

Pre-registration is required. Limited childcare is available for children ages 0 - 5 years.
