About this Event
Our emotional worlds are multifaceted: enriching, inspiring, but sometimes also overwhelming.
Our emotional worlds are multifaceted: enriching, inspiring, but sometimes also overwhelming.
Especially in challenging times, dealing with emotions can be a real test – in everyday life, at work or in relationships.
In this weekend workshop, we will join Antonia in discovering how we can not only understand our feelings, but also use them as a guide to inner peace, compassionate presence and deep wisdom. Through meditation, reflection and inspiring teachings, we will approach what is available to us all as fundamental potential.
The workshop includes
- Practical explanations
- Guided meditations and joint reflections and practice
- Opportunities for questions and discussion
The workshop is open to anyone interested and is aimed at
- Beginners who want to gain their first experiences with meditation.
- Experienced meditators who want to deepen their practice and gain new insights into dealing with emotions.
- Participants who have already taken part in Joy of Living 1
In the workshop, you can learn
- How to deal with difficult emotions consciously and lovingly
- How to recognise your natural awareness and rest in it
- How to strengthen compassion for yourself and others
- How to use meditation as a tool for everyday life
Antonia Sumbundu will lead the workshop
