• What anxiety really is (your brain’s alarm system working overtime)
• The Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn responses – and how to spot yours
• Quick tools to calm your nervous system (breathing, grounding, movement)
• How to challenge racing thoughts and bring yourself back to the present

Interactive bits include:

• A fun Anxiety Score Quiz to see where you’re at
• Practical exercises you can try on the spot (and take away with you)
• A weekly challenge to test one new tool in real life
