Minnesota WAHN's Education Committee presents Deal Making 101: What Makes an Affordable Housing Deal Work - the first session in a four-part series exploring teh affordable housing development process. Join us at Schafer Richardson on February 19, 2026 for networking and an insightful overview and discussion led by Stephanie Karp of Landon Group. Topics covered will include envisioning your project, site selection and design, choosing your development team, supportive housing basics, and engaging community and funding partners.
