We're at it again! 2nd annual, but a little different this year. Going to have an "open" gym allowing EVERYONE to workout and put hands on rare implements. Deads have always been my jam and so we're going to push members to really go after some PR's that day specifically! But we'll also have the log, farmers, yolk, circus DB, axle bar, wagon wheels and many other Strongman oriented implements available to use/try.EVERYONE is welcome! It'll be a fundraising event as well, for we're going to raise money and materials for Erins Angels Rescue out of Quincy, MI! So, we'll have the entry fee be something from their list of needs or cash donation. Please check them out, there doing selfless things for the animals in need of the area. In true PRIME fashion, let's see what we can do for our community yet again!
I'll be doing a pre order for Deadlift and Donut apparel too, with proceeds going to Erins Angels Rescue! You do NOT need to be here in order to help and you don't need to wait until Jan 1 to donate. Come in every day between now and then if you so desire!
Oh yea, let's lift some heavy damn weight too!!
