De-Escalation: Turn Conflict into Connection - Afternoon Session

Learn how to disagree without disconnecting in this two-hour, highly participatory workshop! We invite you to the Center for Dialog & Resolution on Conflict Resolution Day for this FREE workshop from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

Participants will:

• Explore why we avoid conversations when we disagree.
• Experience deep listening to learn about one another.
• Practice sharing a different view without escalating another.

Learn de-escalation, listening, and self-regulation skills that you can take back to conversations with your family, friends, and colleagues!

If you joined us for our De-Escalation Workshops in 2025, we would love to have you join us again this year, since this is a new workshop with new content.
