The Downtown Billings Association (DBA) invites you to join us at this de-escalation training session designed to support downtown businesses and empower staff with practical, real-world skills for managing difficult situations safely and effectively. By partnering with local businesses, the BPD’s Downtown Resource Officers aim to provide tools that promote prevention, preparedness, and positive outcomes for the entire community.

The Cooperative Safety Program is funded by the Business Improvement District (BID). The BID is dedicated to making our downtown a safe, clean and inviting place to live, work, and play. The program, established in 2009, is a 15+ year collaboration between Downtown Billings, City of Billings, Billings Police Department, and other social service agencies.
