About this Event
This half day workshop is designed for customer facing public employees, to enhance communication, customer service, and de-escalation skills. Knowing how to convey information effectively and respectfully, as well as how to de-escalate a situation is an important skill in public service. Participants will learn specific techniques to help prevent escalation, as well as how to help de-escalate situations when dealing with the public.

Available for Members of The Trust Workers Compensation and Property/Liability Program
Who Should Attend: Employees and supervisors from any public facing department.

- Deadline for registration is Monday, November 18, 2024
- Registration is limited to (4) employees per Member
- There is a $50 "NO SHOW" fee for anyone who registers but then fails to attend the training.
