Unser Konzept im Detail:
1. Qualität
• Location:
Unsere Tanzschule bietet eine erstklassige Umgebung – mit einem optimalen Tanzboden und einer hochwertigen Soundanlage, die das Tanzerlebnis auf ein neues Level hebt.
• Lehrer:
Wir setzen auf die Auswahl international erfahrener Lehrer, die nicht nur die Techniken und die Geschichte des Tanzes verstehen, sondern auch in der Lage sind, diese fundiert und auf Augenhöhe mit den TeilnehmerInnen zu vermitteln.
• Unterricht:
Neben den klassischen Workshops bieten wir erstmals Gruppencoachings mit limitierten Teilnehmerplätzen und spezifischen Themen an. So haben die TeilnehmerInnen die Möglichkeit, individuelles Feedback zu erhalten und von intensiver Betreuung zu profitieren.

2. Soziale Atmosphäre
• Erprobtes Partykonzept:
Wir übernehmen ein bewährtes Partykonzept aus Österreich – ETHOS powered by Kizcare – das sicherstellt, dass alle TänzerInnen im Mittelpunkt stehen. Dies garantiert ein großartiges Tanzerlebnis für jede*n, unabhängig vom Niveau oder der Erfahrung. (Wird in Kürze vorgestellt)
• Vorbildfunktion der Lehrer:
Unsere Lehrer agieren nicht nur als Coaches, sondern auch als Vorbilder innerhalb der Tanzcommunity, fördern eine inklusive und respektvolle Atmosphäre und sind immer offen für den Austausch mit den TeilnehmerInnen.
• Ausgewählte Social TänzerInnen:
Wir setzen auf ein sorgfältig ausgewähltes Team von Social TänzerInnen, die das richtige Mindset mitbringen und aktiv zur positiven Atmosphäre beitragen.

3. Fürsorge – Wohlbefinden
• Caring is Sharing:
Unser Motto lautet: Caring is Sharing. Wir legen großen Wert auf das Wohlbefinden unserer TeilnehmerInnen und streben danach, eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der sich jede*r wohl und sicher fühlt.
• Null Toleranz gegenüber Diskriminierung:
Wir dulden keinerlei Form von rassistischem, sexistischem oder anderweitig diskriminierendem Verhalten. Unser Ziel ist es, einen Safe Space zu bieten, in dem sich alle frei und respektiert bewegen können. Sollte es zu unangebrachtem Verhalten kommen, bitten wir unsere TeilnehmerInnen, uns sofort zu informieren.
• Erfrischungen und Komfort:
Um Körper und Geist zu stärken, sorgen wir dafür, dass auf unseren Veranstaltungen Getränke und Essen zur Verfügung stehen, um die TeilnehmerInnen zu erfrischen und zu stärken.

Our Concept in Detail:
1. Quality
• Location:
Our dance school offers a top-notch environment – with an optimal dance floor and a high-quality sound system that elevates the dance experience to the next level.
• Teachers:
We focus on selecting internationally experienced teachers who not only understand the techniques and history of the dance but are also able to teach it thoroughly and at eye level with the participants.
• Classes:
In addition to traditional workshops, we are introducing group coaching sessions with limited spots and specific topics. This gives participants the opportunity to receive individual feedback and enjoy more intensive coaching.

2. Social Atmosphere
• Proven Party Concept:
We are adopting a proven party concept from Austria – ETHOS powered by Kizcare – which ensures that all dancers are in the spotlight. This guarantees a great dance experience for everyone, regardless of their level or experience. (Coming soon)
• Role Models from Teachers:
Our teachers act not only as coaches but also as role models within the dance community, fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere and always being open for exchange with the participants.
• Selected Social Dancers:
We rely on a carefully selected team of social dancers who bring the right mindset and actively contribute to a positive atmosphere.

• Caring is Sharing:
Our motto is: Caring is Sharing. We place great importance on the well-being of our participants and strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
• Zero Tolerance for Discrimination:
We do not tolerate any form of racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory behavior. Our goal is to provide a safe space where everyone can move freely and be respected. If inappropriate behavior occurs, we encourage participants to inform us immediately.
• Refreshments and Comfort:
To strengthen both body and mind, we ensure that drinks and food are available at our events to keep participants energized and refreshed.
