4-Week Session: $45 (minimum of 3 pre-registered to run the session)

This class will use the concepts of energy, counterflow, opposition, and suspension. It will explore these concepts through a standing warm-up, floor work, and phrases moving across the floor. The class will focus on the sounds, and rhythms to help the students understand the nuance of movement. This class is a BEGINNERS CLASS, but students with some dance experience are welcome!
