DC Writers' Salon Writing Lab: "That's What She Said"

A workshop on dialogue that will cover:

• Punctuation conventions (and how to break them!)
• Effective action beats
• Ways to improve your use of dialogue as a tool to move your story forward

This workshop is led by DC Writers' Salon member, Laura Plevin. Laura is a writer and teacher, offering literacy support and creative writing workshops for kids. She is currently working on a fantasy novel inspired by Scottish mythology, and she also enjoys writing poetry and short stories.
