DC Writers' Salon: Agent & Author Q&A with Diana Rojas

If you're a writer navigating the often arduous experience of publishing, this event is for you. The DC Writer's Salon A&A Q&A (Agent & Author Question & Answer) series provides writers with opportunities to hear from experienced folks on different facets of the publishing world.

This fall, we're featuring Diana Rojas, a member of the Board of Directors of the PEN/Faulkner Foundation and a 2026 participant in the Macondo Writer’s Workshop.

Diana Rojas is the author of the novel, They Hold Grudges (Arte Público Press), the novella collection Litany of Saints: A Triptych (Arte Público Press, 2024), and the forthcoming children’s book, Clara’s Big Green Coat (Piñata Books, 2027). Her essays are featured in various journals, including The Washington Independent Review of Books, Barrelhouse, Latin@Lit, and Folio. Diana lives in Washington, DC.

We'll start with snacks and refreshments, our guest speaker will give a 30 minute talk, then we'll follow that with a Q&A discussion and mingling.
