Artificial Intelligence & Tech in the Workplace: Don’t Let Workplace Tech Get Your Wires Crossed
With artificial intelligence software rapidly developing and technology advancing, it is not surprising that many industries, employees, and managers share concerns about the implications of these quickly evolving, difficult-to-regulate technologies on the successful operation of their workplaces. In this presentation, Barran Liebman Partner Sean Ray will cover everything employers need to know regarding the use of technology in the workplace, including necessary company policy implementations and best practices for mitigating potential consequences of negligent workplace behaviors around technology.
Litigation 101: Helpful Tips & What Not to Do in Employment Litigation
While litigation is a last resort in employment dispute resolution, it is crucial that employers of all sizes and industries understand the fundamental aspects of litigation (should the need arise), as well as the array of implications it can have on their business operations. In this presentation, Barran Liebman Partner Sean Ray will provide helpful tips for how to effectively and successfully handle employment disputes, including actions employers should avoid taking during the litigation process to mitigate unnecessary added legal challenges.
