Our museum educators present an interactive experience for young visitors to understand the care and pride involved in weaving a Navajo rug, as well as the importance of cooperation between friends. Join us to learn the story of Geraldine, a goat, and Nasbah, a Navajo weaver through a puppet show, based on the book "Goat in the Rug" by Charles L. Blood and Martin Link. Continue your appreciation of Navajo weaving by visiting the exhibition "Sublime Light: Tapestry Art of DY Begay" on Level 3.This family-friendly puppet show is recommended for ages 0-10 years. The show will be in the imagiNATIONS Activity Center; first come, first served with tickets possibly required due to capacity limitations. Inquire at the imagiNATIONS Activity Center entry desk on Level 3 for more information.
