Garry Clark, Jr. is the Executive Director of the Omaha Inland Port Authority and a nationally recognized economic development leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing community growth, business investment, workforce development, and infrastructure initiatives.
Throughout his career, Clark has led and supported transformational economic development projects including major industrial, logistics, manufacturing, housing, and corporate headquarters developments across Nebraska and Washington. Prior to joining the Omaha Inland Port Authority, he served as President & CEO of Economic Alliance Snohomish County, the countywide chamber and economic development organization serving the region north of Seattle.
Clark holds a bachelor's degree from Dana College and a master's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is a national speaker on economic development, community revitalization, and inclusive growth.
