Join us as we hear from U.S. Property, Inc., a real estate development company based in Lincoln, NE that develops and manages both industrial and mixed-use commercial properties across North America, created a cold storage division that will support the local and regional protein manufacturers. The company worked with Tippmann Group to construct a 486,688 square foot facility, equipped with 69 truck dock doors and 9 rail dock doors, that includes racking, freezing and transportation components to serve the modern cold storage distribution industry.

Tippmann Group is a unique combination of two companies, Tippmann Construction and Interstate Warehousing, which are dedicated to safe and efficient design, construction and operation of multi-temperature facilities for the food industry.
