Dayton's Bluff Location: Flavorful Authentic Salsa with America

Join America Jimenez for a hands-on salsa cooking class to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month at your co-op. As a member of the market staff, America's salsa legendary! You'll learn how to make Salsa de America and Salsa de Guacamole in this class. You'll also learn a little bit about America's story and how her love of cooking and hospitality flows out into the communities that she is a part of.
