COMPLIANCE INFORMATION

This community beach clean-up is a volunteer-based activity intended to promote environmental stewardship and community engagement. Participation is open to the general public.

Access to the interior of Planet 13 locations is limited to registered Florida medical cannabis patients and their caregivers, in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) and Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) regulations.

Patients must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid medical cannabis card along with a government-issued photo ID to enter and make purchases. All in-store promotions, activities, and participation are subject to state and local regulations. Medicating on premises is prohibited where restricted by law.
