House music doesn’t exist without Wayne Williams. At 14, he was already spinning records at basement parties on Chicago’s Southside, sparking what would become house. What started with one DJ, grew into A Chosen Few, the crew that still defines Chicago’s dance culture today.
From Trax Records to a senior role at Jive, he helped shape the music that filled clubs, backyards, and radios around the world. House classics, chart-topping remixes, guiding major artists. Wayne has always been the man behind the music.
