KAI YOGA introduces you to Extract a day retreat dedicated to nourishing yourself with the wholesome practices of yoga good company and delectable food as a means to creatively light the pathway ahead with intention.

Surrounded by nature away from our daily demands we will give ourselves space for the soul to unfold. A sanctuary for creative growth and revitalisation of mind body and spirit.

The new year is a potent time to harness our energies realign and set new intentions for ourselves. Together we will soak in practices that support us in the process of sacred extraction. A journey designed to distil the most vital of personal experiences and lessons contemplations and insights - ie the nectar of our lives to awaken a new creative energy enhance clarity and inspire a fresh perspective for the new year. 

Via the practices of yoga intention setting meditation and yin yoga led by Elisha & Fraser plus a warming Cacao ceremony by Julia from Re-Rhythm we will extract act and evolve.​​ The magic takes place at the beautiful Audley Dance Hall a historic treasure surrounded by the Royal National Park over-looking the majestic Audley Valley and the Hacking River. 

Together we will emerge feeling rested nourished stronger and more aligned with what resides in the heart.
