Come & Join Us for Day without Hate (DWOH) event This April 25thThe Youth Leadership Council (YLC) in the Southeast of Chicago is excited to host a community, youth-led event for the nationally recognized "Day Without Hate."
This is a day to promote the power of anti-violence actions and community healing while engaging with advocates from the community who are:
* making a change through their work,
* taking action against gun violence, and
* promoting restorative justice!

About the host, Youth Leadership Council (YLC):
Talented, committed, and inspiring youth between the ages of 12 and 18 participate in the Youth Leadership Council (YLC) – an intensive program in civic engagement and social justice. Participants are trained on leadership, community development, and self-empowerment, with the goal of creating an independent team that votes on and leads its own projects in the community.
