Day retreat with Sara BillupsSara Billups, author of the popular book “Nervous Systems: Spiritual Practices to Calm Anxiety in Your Body, the Church and Politics,” will guide a day of reflection, spiritual practice, and conversation on Saturday, February 7.
The event, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be at St. John | San Juan Episcopal Church, 114 20th Ave. S.E. in Olympia. An accessible entrance is available off the parking lot on 19th Avenue and the church is on Intercity Transit bus route 13.
All are welcome. Registration information is available at https://stjohnsoly.org/. If you wish to purchase it, the book is available online and at Browsers Books and other local booksellers.
