Day Retreat - Repton, Derby

Your body and mind will be nurtured with Yoga, Breath Work, Mindfulness, Guided Meditation and Sound.
This is an opportunity to disconnect from devices, family, caring and work responsibilities and reconnect with yourself and your fellow Retreaters!
Everyone is welcome (no yoga experience is necessary) - the aim of our yoga session is about de-stressing and re-setting the nervous system, not doing anything fancy or complicated. Options to make things easier or harder will be given and if you would like to take a break, feel free to lie there and breathe and listen to the music.....
Repton Village Hall is THE IDEAL venue for the day as it is a beautiful light airy space.
Spaces are limited so that we have enough space for a nice sit down lunch.
A rough agenda for the day is as follows -
11:00am - Arrive and settle in with a drink and get comfy!
11:15am - Nurturing flow yoga practice (a gentle mainly floor based flow)
12:15pm - Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)

12:45pm - Journalling/ reflection
1:15pm - Lunch
2:30pm - Tropic skincare guided facial - or pedicure
3:45pm - Drink/ snack break
4:00pm - Sound Bath
5:00pm - Final goodbyes before you float home feeling dreamily relaxed!

Please note:
- A FREE healthy lunch will be provided. Then for balance we will finish with homemade cake! Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.
- The sound bath is not suitable if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, a stent or are pregnant.

Refunds

The day retreat is NOT refundable, or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend you are able to gift your space to someone else.
In the case of the minimum number of attendees I need to make this viable not being met, or emergency/ illness and I need to cancel the event, a refund will be provided.
