Join us on Sunday 3rd May for a Beltane themed retreat in the beautiful education studio @thameschase in Upminster for a whole day of psyche reset.This transformative day retreat will look like:
*Cacao ceremony
*Intention setting & oracle cards
*Kundalini breathwork session
*Kundalini meditation to diffuse the nervous system
*1.5 hour soundbath, with yoga nidra & tuning fork on the body healing
* Free time for a nature walk & journalling.
*Sharing circle
Lunch from the cafeteria menu + hot drink, brought direct to our room is available as an optional add on (or bring your own if you prefer). Once booked, you will receive an email with the lunch menu the week before the retreat.
Since ancient times, sound has been used to heal the body. Immerse yourself in the deep resonance of my Paiste Symphonic gong, crystal healing bowls and other instruments that match the frequencies the body's organs vibrate at. This therapy incorporates the restorative meditation of yoga nidra in the first 15 minutes to seriously replenish your chi.
Join us as we reset, realign, readjust in a safe space. This day retreat promises a fantastic culmination of movement, magic, sound and scent.
