All skill levels are welcome. Bike rides take place on quiet country roads throughout the beautiful Niagara Benchlands.
The trails are suitable for beginners and feature some single-track dirt paths, natural obstacles such as roots and rocks, and a few short uphill and downhill sections.
What to Bring:
Small backpack
Water
Comfortable clothes for the weather
Sneakers or trail shoes with good tread for the hike
Bug spray
Sunscreen
Sunglasses, hat
Spaces are limited—reserve your spot today!
This event runs rain or shine! We do not cancel for light rain, so please dress accordingly. However, in the case of heavy rain, extreme winds, or lightning—conditions that make running unsafe—we may need to cancel.
