Day-Long Fall Yoga Retreat

Join Joanna for a day-long Fall yoga retreat at beautiful Canyon Wren in Leavenworth. We will enjoy a restful day in the peace and tranquility of Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. Our day will begin with a settling in, arriving and intention setting as well as time for community connection. From there, our day will include movement explorations both active and restorative, as well as meditation. All levels and abilities are welcome.
