We will have 6 CMA Chapters this year participating in a Chili Cookoff. Come out and sample some Chili and hang out with us. Or try going for a off road ride with North Dallas Fast Lane.
** If you ride in the dirt (off-pavement) such as dirt bikes, light weight dual-sport, 4 wheelers, SxS, then you will meet us at the Lake Murray ATV park to ride for the day, or you can make a campsite reservation and make it a family outing for the weekend. Day trip people will need to park your vehicle in the public parking area to unload your "ride", then walk or ride your "ride" over to the meeting campsite. (please note: this is a campground and there are other campers nearby. Campsites cannot get "overcrowded")
** If you ride on pavement (any style of bike), ride to Lake Murray ATV park. (Just across the border in Okla.) This is a paved campground adjacent to an ATV park. You will park in the public parking area (or guided to area by NDFL members) and walk over to the designated campsite for lunch and fellowship. A public (state park) restroom is available and we will have water & lemonade to refresh your thirst at the campsite. Chili will be served and all donations will go to Run for the Son. Feel free to bring a little something to share - pot luck style if you like. BYOC(hair) is recommended.
** Dirt riders can arrive at 9:00 am and we will exit the trails by 11:45am to ready ourselves for lunch (provided), dirt riders can return to the trails to enjoy the remainder of the day. We also have trail "guides" available to lead you around. To enter the ATV riding area, each individual rider will need to purchase a wrist band for $15.
