Join us for a morning of rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul ✨with us as we participate in a guided hike at the 🥾Bellevue State Park, followed by a session of chair yoga & meditation with Trudy. 🧘🏻‍♀️We will wrap up the afternoon with a light lunch & refreshments at the Mercantile while Paulette with Wellness with Paulette teaches us about the basic essential nutrients the body needs. 👍🏻 Walk away recharged with new & empowered community of women! 🤍
