Start your morning with Physical Resilience with Nathan, using movement therapy to realign and recharge.

Then, experience a transformative Reiki Bodywork & Reflection Session, helping you release tension and refocus your energy.

After a midday break, we gather for Closing Comments & Final Discussion, celebrating growth, setting new intentions, and preparing you for life beyond the retreat.

You’ll walk away Day 3 with:
