£9 per session Pay As You Run or buy a Session Block of 8 sessions for £65
Sessions will target endurance, speed, and strength using the paths and hills of Hilly Fields park. They include a warm up and cool down/stretching.
All our sessions are carefully designed to be suitable for all running abilities.
We think running together adds fun, motivation and challenge to running and helps you reach your running goals, whatever they may be.
Your run leader will be Mary Brooking, an England Athletics licensed coach. Mary has been a runner for many years participating in a variety of events from park runs to marathons and is keen to share her love of running, her understanding of its mental and physical benefits, and the importance of having a structure to your running to prevent injury as well as improving performance. Mary is also a Sports Massage therapist so brings a unique combination of skills to the running sessions she leads.
If you haven't been to a Hilly Fields Run session before the first session is free.
