DAWG x DGC: Book Club and Book Swap

Join Denver Activist Women's Group and Denver Girl's Club for a book club centered around activism/making a difference & then a book swap.

The first hour will be spent discussing the book, Microactivism by Omkari Williams. We will be reading the whole book ahead of this event, but if you don't have time to finish or read any feel free to come and join the discussion -- or come at 7 for just the book swap!

At 7pm we will start the book swap. How this will work:

• Bring at least one book, but the more the merrier
• Lay out the books for everyone to see
• At 7pm folks will be able to start “shopping” and pick the books they want
• After folks all pick 1 book if there are more remaining folks can take more, and we will donate any leftover books!

We are looking forward to bringing so many of y'all together to organize, build community, and meet like-minded women. Can't wait to see you there!
