This walk is 13 miles, strenuous (due to length & 1600ft elevation) and being led by Dave and David.Start: 10.00am, Watcombe Beach car park.
This circular walk from Watcombe Beach car first takes us to Maidencombe, passing the Valley of Rocks (yes, there are 2)!
Staying on the coast path we continue to the seaside village of Shaldon where toilets & refreshments are available.
The route from Shaldon follows the Templer Way to the village of Netherton. Most of this section is on the road alongside the River Teign.
Turning off the Templer Way we go inland to connect with the John Musgrave Trailpassing Great Hill where there are superb views of the surrounding area (depending on weather conditions)!
Continuing on the JM Trail, we return through Brunel Woods to our start point.
