Spring is in the air, which means it's Metropark Monday season! Starting in May and continuing through September, Dave's Running Shop will be at our local Metroparks every Monday at 6:30 PM for a 3-ish mile run/walk on the beautiful Metropark Trails. These Monday run/walks are open to all paces and abilities, encouraging movement in our local Metroparks.On the first Monday of each month, Dave's Running Shop will grill up some tasty burgers and dawgs for all attendees in a community picnic. On the third Monday of each month, Dave's will host a "shoe demo" where you can come out and try on various shoe models from popular running shoe companies on the trails.
