Wine Dinner:
$75 per person for 1.5 hours, two person minimum (tax and gratuity is added on to the final bill)

Q: Are all ages allowed?
A: Yes - bring the fam!
Q: How do we make a reservation?
A: Reserve your igloo and check availability on Resy.com. For additional inquiries, email [email protected] and our Igloo Team will be in touch.
Q: What is the maximum capacity of the igloo?
A: Five of our igloos accommodate up to 6 guests and our Polar Party Igloo accommodates up to 12 guests!
Q: Are reservations required?
A: Yes. Please visit Resy.com to make your igloo reservation.
Q: How do I modify or cancel my reservation? What is the cancellation policy?
A: You can modify and/or cancel your reservation by emailing [email protected]. Please cancel or provide changes to reservations at least 48 hours in advance (any cancellations or no-shows within this window are subject to a $25 fee per person).
Q: In the case that my desired date and/or time is booked, do you have a cancellation list?
A: Of course! Our team will keep a wait-list on hand and, in the case of cancellations, we will contact the next person or group for reservations.
Q: What is the attire for the igloos?
A: While our igloos are indeed heated, we recommend bringing warm layers with you so that you can bundle up as needed.
Q: Where do we go to get to the igloos?
A: The igloos are on The Davenport Grand Terrace, located on the 2nd floor of The Davenport Grand Hotel. They may be reached via the grand staircase adjacent to the front desk or via the guest room elevators.
Q: Where should we park?
A: All igloo packages include complimentary self-parking at the Davenport Grand Hotel (space permitting).
Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Our chefs and culinary team will work to accommodate all dietary needs. Our team will discuss dietary needs for you and your party when confirming booking details.
Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: Tax and gratuity is added on the final bill. 100% of the gratuity goes to the service staff.
Q: Is sales tax included in the price?
A: No, sales tax is not included in the package price.
Q: Is outside alcohol or food permitted in the igloos?
A: No outside food or beverage is allowed.
Q: Can I pay the igloo rental fee or additional beverages & appetizers with Davenport Gift Card(s)?
A: Yes, Davenport Gift Cards are accepted.
Q: Are the igloos ADA Compliant?
A: While we are not fully ADA Compliant, our team is able to accommodate many various needs in our igloo spaces in order to make our guests comfortable.
Q: Are the igloos pet-friendly?
A: No. As with all of our Davenport Bars & Restaurants, pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed.
Q: How do I make our igloo outing an overnight getaway?

Q: Is there music in the igloos?
A: Each igloo comes with a private speaker so that you may connect your phone and listen to the music of your choice.
Q: Is the use of cigarettes, cigars and/or vapes allowed in the igloos?
A: No, our igloos follow the same rules and standards for our restaurants and public spaces: no smoking or vaping is permitted in the igloos or on The Grand Terrace.
Q: In the case of a celebratory evening, can we bring our own décor for the igloos?
