COMEDY Returns To Hepburn Palais Sunday Arvo 21st June!Your host Elliot Goblet is joined by one of Australia's favorite funny-men Dave O'Neil, along with Greg Champion - the man behind "The Coodabeens" - for an afternoon of laughter, song, and story.
ABOUT Greg Champion:
Greg has released over forty albums, including his triple platinum album "Aussie Christmas With Bucko & Champs", and has been honoured with both a Golden Guitar award & two ARIA nominations. He has sung at three Grand Finals, and has been the heart & soul of Australia's most loved program "The Coodabeens" for some 40 years.
ABOUT Dave O’Neil:
Dave has been performing standup comedy for over 35 years, and appeared on TV shows such as Fisk, Utopia, The Project and Spicks and Specks where he holds the record for the most appearances (69 times!). He is also a much loved podcaster, including ‘Somehow Related’ with Glenn Robbins and ‘The Junkies’ with Kitty Flanagan. Dave O'Neil has just completed a run of "sold-out" shows at the Melbourne Comedy Festival titled 'Don't Call Me Boomer'.
ABOUT Elliot Goblet
Elliot is credited with over 60 standup comedy spots on national television, most famously for his time with "Hey Hey It's Saturday". He has appeared on stage at thousands of live performances in 8 countries including the Montreal Comedy Festival, and has an ARIA nominated CD “Internally Berserk”, as well as a best selling book “Business According To Goblet”. As Elliot says about Elliot "He is one of the most original Comedians in the history of the known universe".
