About this Event
Daughters of Esther is seeking women over the age of 25 who are interested in joining our 2024 Black Pearls Cotillion. This adult cotillion is catered to women who want to participate in a formal ball and introduce their new selves to the world. Potential Black Pearl Cotillion participants should embody or hope to embody confidence, class, and a desire to show off to their community members. At D.O.E., we believe that every queen has a gift, a calling, and a purpose. Submit a 2-minute video introducing yourself and telling us your life transformation story, or tell us how your gift, calling, or purpose will lend a hand in your future transformations. Are you ready for the world to see the new you? Come out and enjoy a night of elegance with us celebrating you, our Black Pearls. The Black Pearl Cotillion is a fundraiser; all proceeds are donated to the Daughters of Esther Program.

Daughters of Esther, Inc.
Building Strong Young Women Through Education and Self-Confidence.
Daughters of Esther, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides a loving environment of sisterhood, education, and confidence to help young girls develop into strong, healthy, sophisticated, goal-oriented, spiritual, and educated young women.
Daughters of Esther offers a FREE 10-month mentoring program for young ladies ages 6-26. Our team of professional women works with our girls on Self-Esteem, Leadership, Social Grace, Etiquette, Education, Effective Communication, Class, and Confidence. We know supporting girls today will prepare them to be our future leaders tomorrow.
The issue is that many young girls need more support, education, and resources to develop into confident, empowered, and self-sufficient individuals. They face challenges such as low self-esteem, a lack of essential life skills, limited access to positive role models, and restricted opportunities for personal growth. This hinders their ability to navigate life successfully and risks preventing them from reaching their full potential. The Daughters of Esther Mentorship Program aims to address these issues by providing a supportive sisterhood, educational workshops, mentoring, and various activities to empower girls and equip them with the tools they need to thrive.
Through various activities and workshops on self-esteem, self-respect, self-awareness, dating, independence, education, and life skills, we aim to empower girls and give them a foundation for a healthy and robust future. We accomplish this through age-appropriate interactive forums, workshops, community service projects, field trips, and extra-curricular outlets, ultimately encouraging their development of positive social, academic, and decision-making skills.
Want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money to benefit Daughters of Esther Inc. The registration fee to participate in The Black Pearl Cotillion is $100. All proceeds go toward The D.O.E. program. RSVP is required; doors open at 7 pm. Free Parking. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that makes a difference in the lives of our young queens.
