Datenight Fireside Sauna Experience

The ultimate date night with a difference

This is a relaxed, fireside evening designed for couples who want to slow down, warm up and share something a little more meaningful than dinner and drinks.

Set outdoors at the Winter Wellness Pop-Up, the experience blends private sauna time, optional cold water, traditional sauna rituals and a cosy fireside wind-down in the bell tent.

No group exercises.
No awkward sharing.
Just space, warmth and time together.

Arrival & orientation
You’ll be welcomed to the pop-up and shown to your private sauna. Each couple has their own sauna for the session.

Sauna & contrast (approx. 60 mins)

• Private sauna rounds
• Optional cold plunge or cold exposure (guided and staggered)
• Time by the fire between rounds
• Traditional sauna elements such as scrubs and/or gentle whisk rituals
• Calm guidance throughout — no pressure, no pushing

You can change and keep your belongings in your sauna throughout.

Fireside wind-down (approx. 30 mins)
After your final sauna, you’ll move into the candle-lit bell tent to warm up and relax.

Each couple has their own space with floor cushions, blankets and low lighting.
Warm drinks, cacao chocolates and a small homemade treat are provided.

• Optional supervised cold water exposure (one couple at a time)

£100 per couple (only two couples in a session each with private sauna tent)
