If finding love is your goal this year, join us for a special workshop with Lauren Fondriest, Women’s Dating Coach, to learn how to date with intention. Dating with intention empowers you to date from a place of high self-worth, get clear on how you want to feel in a relationship, and confidently put yourself out there in a way that feels exciting and authentic to you.

Lauren will lead us through a guided visualization, journal prompts, and group discussion to set our intentions for dating in 2025. This is a chance to be in a community with other people experiencing dating and find support and empowerment on your dating journey.
