In this workshop, you and your partner will act as each other’s support system, utilizing gentle leverage and collaborative movement to reach a deeper state of relaxation. By working together to facilitate passive stretches, you’ll help one another soften the areas where the day’s stress tends to settle, inviting a renewed sense of freedom in how you move and breathe. It is a nurturing experience designed to foster communication through touch and leave you both feeling completely aligned.
What to Expect:
💕The Environment: A warm, inviting atmosphere designed for comfort, helping you and your partner settle into a steady pace and stay present with one another.

💕The Care: An intentional practice of “giving and receiving.” You will be guided through a series of collaborative movements where you take turns providing steady, grounding support and receiving deep, assisted stretches.
💕The Result: A physical reset that settles built-up stress, and gets you both back on the same wavelength. You’ll leave with a shared sense of relief, relaxed muscles, and the satisfaction of having reached a deeper state of comfort as a team.
