Date Night: Seafood Pot Pie

In this vibrant, hands-on cooking class, students will explore Southern-inspired dishes and mixology. They’ll start by crafting a Hurricane Cocktail, mastering tropical flavors in a classic New Orleans drink. Next, they’ll make a savory Seafood Pot Pie topped with golden Cheddar Biscuits, learning seafood preparation and pastry techniques. To finish, students will whip up a light Key Lime Mousse with fresh berries, creating a refreshing dessert that captures the perfect balance of tart and sweet.

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
