Date Night Childbirth Class

No matter your birthing preferences, this class intends to leave you feeling well informed of unbiased information. Designed to provide expecting families with an understanding of labor, birth and the immediate postpartum period while boosting confidence in thier birthing journey. Discussion of pain management, medical procedures and comfort measures are client favorites. We will practice hands on comfort measures and laboring positions so dress comfy! Taco bar and mocktails will be provided. Please inform the organizer of any dietary restrictions.
