Date Night by the Forge

It’s date night—put some of that pent-up energy into something creative. Come forge decorative hooks with your significant other. We’ll start with premade maple leaf hook blanks and forge a unique texture before bending them into shape. After the forging, we’ll head over to the woodshop for a bit of cutting and sanding, where you’ll prepare a wooden board for mounting your hooks.

By the end of the evening, you’ll have created a beautiful hook rack together—something you and your partner can enjoy at home.

As a couple, you’ll walk away with two finished heart hooks mounted to a wooden board of your choosing. The class is 3 hours long, and everything you need will be provided by The Urban Forge and Soulcrat Makerspace.
