Friend-powered dating comes to The Greenwood Hotel's Lounge Bar — live, in person, and nothing like an app.
Instead of swiping, a single person gets pitched by their best mate to a room of other singles, in a two-minute slide deck about why they're a catch. Or two single friends come as a pair and pitch each other. The room watches every pitch across the night in two rounds, with a bar break in the middle, then everyone mingles over drinks. No profiles, no algorithm.
The format took off in London in early 2026 and has since been covered by Reuters, CNN and The Guardian. Come to pitch a mate, to be pitched, or just to enjoy a great night out.
