About this Event
Put your phones down and close your laptops as we embark on a hands-on analogue journey, where we'll delve into the techniques of drawing out the most compelling stories from data.
Taking to the streets surrounding London's renowned Somerset House, we'll record our observations before heading to Makerversity, nestled within Somerset House, where we'll roll up our sleeves and transform the gathered data into unique and imaginative visualisations.
Led by our award-winning team, the creative minds behind the BBC's highly successful data tool, The Great British Class Calculator, we’ll share the essential principles of storytelling through data visualisations. Prepare to be inspired as we showcase remarkable examples of organisations that have excelled in the art of data storytelling, captivating their audience's attention and imagination.
