About the Speaker
Brandy Birrueta is the Director of HRIS at Vancouver Clinic, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources, including the past 10 years specializing in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). She attended Southern Oregon University and furthered her expertise by studying Data Analytics for HR through eCornell. Brandy holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. Throughout her career, she has supported HR technology and operations for several well-known Rogue Valley organizations, including Motorcycle Superstore and Dutch Bros Coffee. She is passionate about leveraging HR technology and data to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and help organizations make informed, strategic decisions.
