đ€ The Data Science Seminar "Agentic AI: who does what?" takes place 27 May from 16:15 at the Delta study building auditorium 1037. Register: https://forms.gle/7bWpoxJDePQquw1y8
With the adoption of agentic AI, the focus shifts from individual tools to systems in which humans and AI agents work, make decisions, and act together. This raises a central question: who does what? Which tasks remain in human hands, which can be delegated to AI, and how should work be distributed across different agents and teams?
This seminar focuses on how organisations can solve these questions in practice. It explores how processes are being redesigned, who leads the adoption of new solutions, how responsibility is divided, and what kind of coordination is required when humans and AI agents work together.
Speakers:
đ Kristjan Korjus, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Pactum AI
đ Siim Vene, Lecturer and Programme Director for IT Systems Administration at TalTech
đ Marilin Moor, Junior Research Fellow in Data Science at the University of Tartu Institute of Computer Science
đ Stenver Jerkku, CEO of Soldera
đ Armando Da Silva Vieira, Lecturer of Applied AI at the University of Tartu Institute of Computer Science
The academic organiser of this event is Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Tartu Institute of Computer Science and Head of the Estonian Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Meelis Kull.
