How will the Sessions run?

The sessions will be held via Zoom and we'll be using Miro. You can expect a high level of interaction, practical exercises, and no PowerPoint. The goal of every session is to introduce you to the theory and enable you to use this in practice in your environment.

No preparation is necessary. If you want, you can bring along data from your team (in anonymized form), so you can use this in the session directly. Reach out to us if this interests you and we'll support you in preparing this.

This session is part of a five-session micro-training program by LetPeopleWork. Each session can be joined individually. The following sessions are run:
