Event best for children ages 2- 8 years old. No registration required, free to attend. A mindfulness adventure for kids! Step into a world where mindfulness comes alive through interactive storytelling, movement, and art! In this engaging and imaginative class, your child will embark on an exciting quest to learn about mindfulness and social/ emotional well being through dinosaur themed activities.
They will explore emotions, reactions, and self-
awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Children will work together to create their own stories of discovery, fostering teamwork, creativity, and self-expression. Each session concludes with affirmation art, helping them remember and embrace the valuable lessons learned.
