Get ready for summer with a full day of fun at Elmcrest Park!Lace up for the Dash and Dine 5K in partnership with the Ramsey Community Foundation, then stick around for Kites and Bites, cohosted with the Ramsey Lions Club, featuring kites, yard games, inflatables, food trucks, and more. Whether you are a runner, kite flyer, or just here for the bites and the vibes, this family-friendly day has something for everyone.
Whether you're a runner, a food truck enthusiast, or both, this event is a fantastic way to challenge yourself, connect with the community, and enjoy a great meal! The race will take place on a USATF certified 5K course at Elmcrest Park that winds through scenic trails, open fields, and local neighborhoods, featuring some slight rolling hills. This course is perfect for both seasoned runners and first-timers alike.
All runners will receive a $10 meal voucher for one of the food
Register by March 8 for the early bird special of just $45, including a race shirt!
Anticipated Schedule:
8:30 AM - Day-of Registration
8:30 AM - Packet Pick-up
9:30 AM - Race Start
10:00 AM - Yard Games (Free)
10:30 AM - Food Trucks
10:45 AM - 5K Awards Ceremony
11:00 AM - Kites and Bites (free kite decorating and other family-friendly activities)
2:00 PM - Event Concludes

The Ramsey Community Foundation is dedicated to enriching our city through meaningful public art. We are currently fundraising towards a new art installation at the soon-to-come water play area; The Waterfront. It’ll be a space where families gather, children play and memories are made. Your support helps transform shared spaces into places of creativity, beauty, and connection for everyone in our community.
During registration, runners may choose to fundraise on behalf of the Ramsey Community Foundation or make an optional one-time donation. Participation in the race does not require fundraising or a donation.
Through your support, we can continue our commitment in creating a vibrant, connected and thriving community.
